z786 does not make any warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.

Upon termination of an account, the User's licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall survive.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z786 holds its operating licence, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information section. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact z786 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's licensing terms.
